This Selling Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for selling unused gift cards via the Google Form provided at https://forms.gle/Axh5vn94KN2CXyHF8. By submitting a gift card for sale, you agree to be bound by this policy and our Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility to Sell

To sell your unused gift card on Gyftcard.in, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• Be the rightful owner of the gift card or have legal authorization to sell it.
• Ensure the gift card is unused, valid, and has a verifiable balance.
• Provide accurate and complete information as requested in the Google Form.

2. Eligible Gift Cards

• We accept gift cards from select retailers or brands supported by Gyftcard.in. The list of accepted brands is available on our website or will be confirmed during the verification process.
• Gift cards must be:
  • Unused and unredeemed (fully or partially).
  • Valid and not expired at the time of submission.
  • Issued by a retailer or service provider recognized by Gyftcard.in.
• We do not accept gift cards that are damaged, tampered with, or reported as lost/stolen.

3. Submission Process

To sell your unused gift card:

• Step 1: Complete the Google Form at https://forms.gle/Axh5vn94KN2CXyHF8 with the following details:
  • Your name, email address, and contact information.
  • Gift card details, including retailer/brand, card number, PIN (if applicable), and balance.
  • Any additional information requested in the form (e.g., proof of purchase, if available).
• Step 2: Submit the form and wait for our team to review your submission.
• Step 3: You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours acknowledging receipt of your submission.

4. Verification Process

• Upon receiving your submission, our team will verify:
  • The authenticity and validity of the gift card.
  • The remaining balance, which may involve contacting the issuing retailer.
  • Compliance with our eligibility criteria.
• Verification typically takes 3-5 business days. You may be contacted for additional information or documentation (e.g., proof of ownership).
• We reserve the right to reject any gift card that does not meet our criteria or appears fraudulent.

5. Offer and Payment

• If your gift card is approved, we will send you an offer via email, detailing the purchase price for the gift card. The offer is based on factors such as:
  • The gift card’s remaining balance.
  • Market demand for the specific retailer/brand.
  • Our platform’s pricing policies.
• You must accept the offer within 48 hours by replying to the email or following the provided instructions.
• Upon acceptance, payment will be processed within 7-10 business days to your preferred payment method (e.g., bank transfer, UPI), as specified in the Google Form.
• Payments are subject to applicable taxes, and we may deduct any required withholding taxes as per Indian tax laws (TAN: RTKP17505F; GSTIN: 06AAPCP5039G1Z7).

6. Non-Accepted Gift Cards

• If your gift card is not accepted (e.g., due to invalidity, expiration, or ineligibility), we will notify you via email with the reason for rejection.
• Gyftcard.in is not responsible for returning physical gift cards or compensating for rejected submissions.

7. User Responsibilities

• You warrant that the gift card is legally owned by you and free from any claims or disputes.
• You are responsible for providing accurate gift card details. Submission of incorrect or fraudulent information may result in rejection or legal action.
• Once the gift card is sold to Gyftcard.in, you relinquish all rights to use or redeem it.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Gyftcard.in is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
  • Submission of incorrect or incomplete information in the Google Form.
  • Delays in verification or payment due to external factors (e.g., retailer verification delays, bank processing times).
  • Rejection of gift cards that do not meet our criteria.
• Our liability is limited to the agreed purchase price of the gift card, as per Indian consumer protection laws.

9. Fraud Prevention

• We actively monitor submissions for fraudulent activity. Any attempt to sell stolen, tampered, or invalid gift cards may result in account suspension and legal action.
• We may report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities in Gurgaon, Haryana.

10. Governing Law

• This Selling Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the sale of gift cards will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.

11. Changes to This Policy

• We may update this Selling Policy to reflect changes in our processes or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
• Continued use of the gift card selling feature after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
